CRYSTAL HEALING

Crystal Healing works on the principle that every cell in the body vibrates at its own specific frequency. When these natural frequencies become unbalanced, we experience dis-ease. Crystals oscillate to a natural healing frequency that is activated by mental energy. Powered by strong intention--either your own or that of your therapist--healing energy is channelled through the crystal from the Universal Life Force.

By understanding that all matter is energy it is easier to understand how we can interact with crystals. A crystal healing may be done by using the crystals that correspond in color to the individual chakras the therapist is trying to affect. For example, garnets, red in color, may be used for grounding the first chakra, topaz and citrine, somewhat yellow, will calm the nerves since they correspond to the 3rd, or solar plexus chakra. And of course the violet hue of an amethyst will help on a spiritual level. Being that it is this 7th chakra that influences our imagination and creativity, often an amethyst is used by artists and writers who are feeling blocked. Always with crystal healing, the most important aspect is intent.
